Nice to meet you

ABOUT ME

My mission as a practitioner is to join individuals on a profound journey inward. I consider myself to have a high threshold for the deep dives -what one might think, feel, or describe as unbearable or unspeakable. Meaning, regardless of what has led you here, I have the ability to see you for the person you truly are. The shadow lives within all of us and I understand that the unimaginable can occur. I am not confrontational in my approach, instead I offer intention, respect, inclusion, and a calm demeanour so that our work can guide us wherever we are meant to go.

I'm not here to tell you what's right or wrong. Instead, I am curious, reflective, and open to your perspective of the world. I offer a space where your truth can unfold at its own pace, where we explore what’s been buried, what still hurts, and what's still hiding. This kind of work takes time. It’s not surface-level. It’s slow, meaningful, and authentic.

Reaching out isn’t easy, especially when you’re used to holding it all in. You don’t need to have the right words or know exactly what you want from therapy. If you’re feeling discouraged, dejected, or just tired of doing it all alone, I've got just the right space for you.

I value the opportunity to support you in discovering your own truth, language, and meaning—encouraging you to make sense of your experiences, find purpose, and create connection in the world around you.

Life experiences

I value unconscious desires and early childhood experiences and their potential to shape thoughts, behaviours, and relationships
