Nice to meet you
ABOUT ME
The world of sport demands so much—physically, mentally, emotionally. When that pressure starts to take its toll, it can leave you feeling disconnected from your body, your identity, or even your purpose. Whether you’re navigating an injury, struggling with the loss of your athletic career, or grappling with feelings of not measuring up, I understand the weight you carry. The emotional challenges that come with high-performance living are real—and they can be exhausting.
In session, you’ll find a space where you’re seen and heard for who you truly are, beyond your sport or achievements. We won’t rush toward solutions or try to “fix” you. Instead, we take the time to uncover the deeper layers of what’s really going on—the fears, the doubts, the unspoken pain that comes with striving for perfection. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, emotional eating, or ADHD, we’ll explore these complexities together in a way that feels safe, compassionate, and free from judgment.
This is not a space for quick fixes. It’s a place for genuine healing, where you can reflect, regroup, and find your way forward. I offer an empathetic, patient presence as you move through the discomfort and uncertainty that comes with personal growth. You’re not alone in this. If you’re ready to confront what’s been holding you back and rediscover who you are beyond your performance, I’m here to walk alongside you.
